This ritual is intuitive by nature. There is no right way, only your way.

To use with smoke: use shortys over charcoal in a fire safe dish. Ritual sticks are for hand-held smudging and moving through a space.

Light the tip until the flame catches, then gently blow it out. Allow the smoke to rise and move evenly through your space or around the body, guided by your breath. Douglas Fir works best when movement is slow and balanced, allowing the ritual to complete rather than activate.

To work without fire: Hold a stick in your hands, place it near the heart space, or keep it beside the bed or workspace.
