Can I put this balm everywhere?

Yes. All balms are formulated for head to toe — wherever you glow. Lips, hips, hands, heart, temples, tattoos, cuticles, cheeks…

Is everything safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — our balms are made for skin that’s been through things. We use no synthetics, no fillers, and no preservatives — just raw, nourishing ingredients. That said, always patch test if you’re sensitive to essential oils.

Are your products edible?

Technically no. But they’re made with ingredients so clean you might be tempted. We don’t recommend snacking on them, but your skin will devour them.

And listen, we can’t help it if someone wants to kiss, sniff, or straight-up nibble you after. That’s between you and your radiance.

How long do products last?

Balms are most vibrant within 12-18 months of opening, but can last longer if stored well. Always use clean hands and trust your senses — if it smells off, it’s time to return it to the earth.

I have sensitive skin, where do I start?

Start with: Essential Balm, Beauty Balm, or Bare Balm — our simplest, unscented offerings.

How do I store WYLDE GOLD products?

Keep them cool, dry, and out of direct sun. Our balms are shelf stable but all natural — so treat them like food for your skin.

You don’t need to refrigerate them, however a cold balm on skin feels so nice fresh out of the shower.

Ingredients & Formulation

What’s in your products?

Clean simple ingredients. Only what’s needed — nothing more. We use locally sourced grass-fed pasture raised tallow (dry rendered in small batches), with certified organic ingredients: cold-pressed oils, beeswax, shea butter, and essential oils (unless otherwise notated). Every ingredient is sourced with care, and crafted with skin in mind.

Do you use essential oils? 

Yes — but never everywhere, and never just for scent. We use essential oils sparingly and intentionally, choosing only skin-safe options that support your skin and your spirit.

For ultra-sensitive skin, try our unscented options: Bare Balm, Essential Balm, and Soleya Unscented.

Do you test on animals?

Only the human kind. (Us. And our very willing friends.)

Is everything made in small batches?

Always. Every balm, blend, and potion is WYLDE-crafted in small batches at our home studio near the forest. That means more love, more intention, and seasonal shifts built right into the rhythm.

Why grass-fed tallow?

Tallow is ancestral skincare — deeply nourishing, full of vitamins A, D, E & K, and molecularly similar to our skin. We use only grass-fed, pasture-raised tallow from ethical Canadian farms. It’s a love letter to the land and your body.

Shipping & Pickup

Where do you ship?

Currently within Canada and US. All orders ship from Ontario in compostable/eco packaging and reusable jars/tins. You’ll receive tracking info once it leaves our hands.

How long does shipping take?

We ship in small weekly batches — because we’re small-batch in every way. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. We’ll let you know when it’s on its way.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — if you’re near Fenelon Falls, select pickup at checkout or come visit us at the Lindsay Farmers Market Saturdays 7am-1pm. Details will be in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping or bundling deals?

We offer special bundles, seasonal kits, and sometimes wild little perks — Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Stay tuned through our newsletter or the WYLDE Ritual Club for exclusive offers and ritual-only rewards. We believe in buying less, using well, and honoring every drop.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are handcrafted and used on skin, all sales are final. But if something feels off, reach out — we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee, and care deeply about your satisfaction.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll get you sorted. Our products are precious and we pack them with care — but if they arrive looking rough, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or need support choosing the right product, get in touch. We’re here to help guide you back to what you really need.

I ordered the wrong thing — what now?

First: you’re human. It happens. Reach out as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to adjust it. If it’s already out the door, we’ll find a WYLDE way to support you.

Are your products gendered?

No. The land doesn’t label itself — and neither do we. Our balms are made for bodies, not boxes. Soft, strong, sacred — and made for wherever you glow.

Is this skincare or ritual?

It’s both. Always both. Every balm, oil, and herb is made to nourish your skin and reconnect you to your rhythm. Use it after a shower or under a full moon — either way, it’s a ritual.

Can I use this in ceremony? Before sleep? With breathwork?

Yes, yes, and yes. These products are made to support your rituals — however you define them. Use them before meditation, at your altar, in the bath, after breathwork, or simply when your body calls for care.

What’s with the quartz-charged energy?

Every balm is charged with clear quartz — a stone of clarity, amplification, and intention. Whether you believe in the woo or just love the ritual, it’s our way of infusing each jar with a little more purpose, presence, and light.
