Set your space — candlelight, music, or moonlight.
Place 1–2 tbsp of blend in a heat-safe bowl or pot.
Pour over 4–6 cups freshly boiled water.
Let cool slightly — steam should feel warm, never hot.
Remove clothing from the waist down, wrap in a blanket, squat or sit over the bowl for 10–20 minutes.
After steaming, rest wrapped in warmth for at least 10 minutes to seal the ritual.

Place 1 tbsp of blend in a heat-safe bowl.
Pour over 4–6 cups freshly boiled water.
Drape a towel over your head, lean in 8–10 inches from the steam.
Breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes.
Follow with your favorite WYLDE GOLD balm or serum to lock in moisture.

When your steam is complete, the herbal water still holds beauty + medicine. Within 24 hours you can:
Reheat for a second steam (same day or next morning).
Pour into a sitz bath for continued pelvic relaxation.
Add to a foot soak for grounding and gentle detox.
