To use with smoke: Ritual sticks are WYLDE-Crafted for hand-held smudging and moving through a space.

Light the tip until the flame catches, then gently blow it out. Allow the smoke to rise and move evenly through your space or around the body, guided by your breath. Douglas Fir works best when movement is slow and balanced, allowing the ritual to complete rather than activate.

To work without fire: Hold a Douglas Fir stick in your hands, place it near the heart space, or keep it beside the bed or workspace. Douglas Fir works quietly, supporting integration, emotional steadiness, and a sense of internal balance over time.
