Associated with the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), Birch carries the energy of renewal, creativity, and sensuality, and the energy of flow, pleasure, and rebirth.

This ritual is intuitive by nature. There is no right way, only your way.

To use with smoke: Birch rounds are WYLDE-Crafted for contained ritual use. Place a round in a charcoal bowl or fire-safe dish and allow it to smolder slowly. Let the smoke rise naturally and move gently through your space, guided by your breath. Let sensation lead rather than instruction.

To work without fire: Hold a round in your hands, place it near an entryway, or keep it beside the bed or workspace. Birch works quietly, encouraging softness, movement, and a return to what feels alive.
