How to Ritualize Your Self-Care: 10 Steps to 
being wild + well. KISS it: Keep It Simple, and Sacred.

Self-care doesn’t need to be 12 complicated steps and a drawer full of serums. It just needs to be yours — consistent, intentional, and deeply rooted in reverence.
Because being wild and well is primal. And when you feel good, you be good — and do good. It’s not selfish. It’s soul work.

10. Start with Awareness. Notice how you feel — physically, emotionally, energetically. Awareness is the doorway to transformation.

9. Cleanse the Day Away. Not just the skin, but the residue of stress, screens, and stories. Warm water. A tallow balm. A full exhale.

8. Ground in Nature. Touch a tree. Smell the pine. Stand barefoot. Invite the outside back in.
