Red Clover Tea — A Bloom for Your Blood + Your Glow | Plant Bible

She’s a meadow queen — soft and sweet, yet wildly medicinal. Red Clover carries the pulse of warm earth and sunlit fields, moving through you like a slow kiss of vitality. She clears what no longer serves, balances what’s tender, and infuses your body with gentle, glowing medicine. She's lush, she's sensual, she’s a whole-body love note from the Earth.

The Ritual
Gather 1–2 teaspoons of dried red clover blossoms (2–3 flower heads) — the more vivid and fragrant, the more she’ll love you back.
Boil water until just shy of a rolling boil (about 90–95°C / 194–203°F) — she likes it hot, but not scalding.
Pour over blossoms in your favorite vessel (a tea pot, a mason jar, a well-loved cup), letting the steam carry her meadow-sweet scent to your senses.
Infuse: For deep, medicinal magic: Steep 30–40 minutes. This is her slow dance — drawing out every ounce of plant alchemy. For a lighter, everyday sip: Steep 10–15 minutes for a gentle, calming brew.
Strain + Sip — Add honey or lemon if you wish, but she’s exquisite bare.

Daily Glow Rituals
Morning flush: Begin your day with her lymph-moving, hormone-balancing grace.
Evening wind-down: Brew her strong during the day, chill, and sip under moonlight for grounding.
Infused bath: Post-sip, drop her blossoms into a warm bath and soak in her skin-loving, meadow-magic touch.
